View from the Great Tower

Spectacularly situated above the White Cliffs of Dover, this magnificent castle has guarded England’s shores from invasion for 20 centuries. From High atop the Great Tower, you can see over the grounds of Dover Castle, including the church and lighthouse on the far hill. In the distance is a ferryboat leaving the harbor, carrying passengers, cars and trucks across the English Channel towards France.

Nice POV, Tim. The shot shows perfectly why the castle was situated at this spot! Nice contrast too, with the modern ferry leaving the harbour.
