I recently went downtown to shoot some fountains and discovered the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Survivors Plaza. It's a nice plaza, nestled in some trees.
They say everything in Texas is bigger, but not for this little airplane. This 1967 Ginn DSA-1 is tiny, but packs a lot of plane in its small package.
Sunsets at the beach or anywhere on the water just seems prettier than almost anywhere else. Most marinas stay busy during the day, but at night, everything slows down to a standstill, or at least as much as the slow rocking of the boats allow them to be still. I had the fortune of spending the night on a large boat at a marina once. The slight creaking sounds and the gentle rock made it one of my best night’s sleep ever. I can see why some folks like to live on boats, even if they never go anywhere. This is another view of a peaceful sunset at the Pensacola Marina in Florida.
