Constellation Field Last Friday evening I attended my first Minor League baseball game. The Houston area has always been a one-team town with the Houston Astros, but this spring, the Sugar Land Skeeters started playing ball at their new ballpark, Constellation Field. I wasn’t expecting much before I went, but boy, was I impressed. There is not a bad seat in the place and everything from the staff to the building was top notch.
1100 Louisiana It's amazing how just crossing the street of a large city can offer an entirely different look. Across the intersection from the Wells Fargo Plaza is 1100 Louisiana. At the base of this 55 story building are long fountains that light up nicely at night. It's scenes like this the daytime visitor miss. You have to come back a night to appreciate the sights you don't see during the day.
North American AT-6 Texan The AT-6 Texan was a popular plane for most pilots during World War 2, since pilots trained in the Texan before moving on to other aircraft.
