Rudolph, with Attitude DECEMBER 21, 2012 LEAVE A COMMENT (EDIT) Flying high up in the sky, free as a bird and out in front of everyone else, but with a big red nose. You might think it’s Rudolph, the Red Nose Reindeer, but not if you’re flying these little airplanes around. They may not be large, but they are plenty fast. Many airplanes have displayed the teeth on the front, most noticeably the shark teeth on the Flying Tigers from World War II. Let’s face it, any sharp teeth on the nose of an airplane is going to make it meaner and faster. I would not want it chasing me in a dog fight.
Party at the Zaza Shooting pictures of the Mecom Fountain last month, the lights and limo of the ZaZa just said “party time”. I’m sure someone was having a great time that evening inside. That’s okay, because outside, I was having a great time doing what I enjoy too. For me, taking night shots anywhere around the downtown area is always fun. You’re sure to see something that makes a great capture for the camera.
The Long Climb to the Basilica The hardest part of visiting the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Paris, is the long climb up to it. The view below is more than half-way up the hill. For people that are not in their prime, there are bus rides that can take you to the top in would rather go that route.
