Swampy Bridge This swampy area of Camp Tejas, near Giddings, Texas, fed into a very pretty lake. Our end of it was where all the turtles and frogs hung out.
Camp Tejas Windmill During our volunteer stint at Camp Tejas, I stopped just long enough to take this windmill one morning. I’m pretty sure it’s strictly decorative, but its rustic decor added to the flavor of the area.
