I’m sorry. I know I’m weak. But I just had to go and post another photo of the Blue Angels. That’s the problem when you take several shots of something you like and can’t make up your mind which one to post! It takes a lot of willpower not to post an entire album of the same subject. But when it comes to shiny blue jets, I’m too weak to resist.
In my early driving days, I had an older Mustang that I fixed up and actually entered in a few auto shows. Today, I still twist my neck when passing a nice classic or hotrod on the road.
I'm happy to say that I'm not old enough to remember kitchens that look like this one. But at the time, I'm sure they thought this was the latest in styling and convenience. This is a remake of a circa 1940s kitchen at the National Naval Aviation Museum at the Naval Air Station Pensacola. They have a small town section of what things were like during WWII.
